2-4-D will kill Va Buttonweed with multiple applications ( according to Dan Gill). I have all the same shite in spots around my yard. I wouldn't sweat any of it except for the Buttonweed. 2-4-D should kill all of that. Wouldn't spray it when it gets too hot though. May hammer your good grass too.
