Deadlift today. Had a friend join me so he could give me some feedback on stance, form etc.

Pulled 315 (sumo) for the first time ever today (never attempted it). My working weight was only supposed to be 215. Did 225 x5 to make his warmup sets easier and then decided to give 315 a shot after seeing him do it. It went up easily once I realized my back wasn't gonna rip apart.
