Easy.

I was late to work one morning and got bitched at by my boss questioning my dedication. I'd put in 64 hrs the previous week. Later that day, I got a phone call from my wife telling me she got a call from her boss telling her she was getting laid off. My wife was on her last two weeks of maternity leave. (Yes my wife got let go on maternity leave.) So I had to drive home wondering how I was going to deal with a shitty job with shitty benefits and losing a substantial portion of our income with a newborn and keep up appearances as we had a get together with our friends that evening to watch a football game.
