It doesn't matter how you shift the lineup around, teams are very unlikely at this stage of the season to take a chance on pitching to Deichman. Especially with runners on base.
Now, with that being said, it certainly can't hurt to shift lineup just like the OP suggested. The theory is there. Teams then have to pick their poison. You either walk him and give KRob another base runner or let him swing with base runners. Creates a bit more of a risk/reward choice for opposing teams.
KRob's SLG% is at .462 which is highly respectable.
