If the Cops know, without a shadow of a doubt, who shot him, the dude shouldn't make it to 6pm without a bullet in the exact same spot little man got shot.
Call it heartless, racist, any damned -ist you want. Screw due process in this case. Don't waste tax payer money letting these dudes live another day.

I disagree, that would be way more humane than I would do to him.
I'm thinking more like a big oak stump, using one staple hammered home,give him a dull knife, and set a big fire around him. When (if) he gets out offer no medical assistance, he's on his own at that point.
