ground, batt, and alt test well...thats why i think the throttle body replacement may be a cause?

throttle body would possibly throw a CEL but probably not a battery warning. I agree that it seems to be a bad ground somewhere, and although the three components you listed check out good, that doesn't mean that there is not an issue especially with the weather heating up. I have had a battery die on my with zero to no warning twice, but since it is occurring when you are driving it would lead me to the alternator.
