Then frickers eat rice. We used to each take a corner of a rice field and shoot am till the left during the early summer months.....not sure if green jeans cares.
btw, we wouldn't eat then, so I gave no idea on taste. But they days rice and such. I would imagine it tastes like duck

They are very good to eat. Over here in TX, they will search out deer feeders on deer leases near the coast. No telling how many game cam pics I have seen with tree ducks standing around a feeder.
