Someone said earlier to check connections, very good idea.

i would also suggest running the test procedures in the manual. See if you can force the pump on in diagnostics. See if the unit works in the test mode.

If it does, then you have a control failure. You want a component failure as it's an easier and cheaper repair, but it could be the control.

I'm linking the factory technician manual for your machine. Don't worry that the "w" isn't on the manual's model number. The last 1-2 digits in a model number typically just tell you the color.
