As long as the Op "Gives credit where credit is due" and doesn't try to act like a hardcore "in the shite" grunt around guys who served in combat zones he will be fine.


Active duty guys do tend to view "reservists" with a little animosity but only when they make a stupid mistake or prove themselves to be worthless. If you are a reservist and know your stuff, then there is little judgement heading your direction.
