Sorry I missed this yesterday due to Mother's Day. I rarely post, but thought you might find this link helpful for perspective. It's rather simple, pretty much a cliff notes on how it might play out.

The secondary thing I disagree with is their painting the South troops as unprepared for an insurgency scenario. The ROK troops, and ROK Marines in particular, are the toughest, most resilient and resourceful soldiers I ever encountered while serving in our beloved USMC. Think Asian Israeli Special Forces/ Viet Cong with technology. They know who they face, and what they're capable of.
The main thing they completely neglect is the humanitarian crisis that would ensue, which in my opinion is the largest consideration that has kept us in the sad state we've been in since the "truce". We would need an unimaginable response ready to avoid deaths x millions.
