The school lunch regulations put in place during the Obama adminstration were dumb as hell and complete failures.

A local school here threw away trash cans full of uneaten and untouched food every day. Afternoon snacks (healthy) were provided. They went straight into the trash. Pound and pounds of raw baby carrots. Who could have predicted it? I mean besides everyone.
