The OP should be arrested but your post is just blah, blah, blah. How many mortgage companies do you know that hold and service the loans they issue? They don't give a single shite about anything other than processing the loan and selling it.

Then by all means, bounce a check to your appraisal company on the eve of securing a loan. That will show them that you are your own man and won't tolerate shenanigans and they will expedite the process in your favor. That is my point. Show them who is boss in the situation.
