I've never understood this distinction. There's like an 85% chance of conceiving within a year if a couple doesn't use BC. That is trying to get pregnant.
That said, I've never discussed sex with my parents ever. So it's hard to imagine discussing creampies with them for fun or for business.

You do realize that there are only certain times of the month that a chick can actually get pregnant. That is what he means by "timing it right".
It isn't all "yay let's just have sex all the time now"
Realistically it involves a woman tracking her cycle methodically and making sure they have sex on "prime" days.
And when you have been trying for over a year or longer.....it can feel like a task at times for the guy. The woman has basically made sex a chore....and men don't like chores.
