I'm just pointing out that the fact that healthcare requires a doctor does not preclude it from being considered a right anymore than the right to an attorney. You're confusing human rights with enumerated rights. The right to defend yourself is a human right. The right to counsel is an enumerated right. They aren't the same, though they are similar.
