i really don't understand the people that think it was a terrible call. I know umps make mistakes but no way do i believe an ump in that position would blow that call. He had to have seen his foot off the bag to call it. The announcers kept saying it was a bad call and his foot didn't move when actually his heel lifted up slightly...and they continued saying it was a bad call with no evidence from replay. Had that been reviewable the call would have stood.

It was a bad call,but who knows whether it would have been over-turned.

This just proves fans see what they want to see.

My feeling on a play like that is if you are going to make that call in that situation he must have seen something that the rest of us couldn't have. He is in the best position than anyone or any camera is. Umps should wear body cams.
