I will say that Boston is in an envious, but interesting position. Who is ever this good this early with a great young coach, and so many high pick assets? They need a non Isaiah Thomas superstar to get over the hump and do more than just have a nice regular season and get bounced in conference finlas(at best). Is there anybody available worth cashing those picks in that would get them there? Or do you just keep em, hope you find one in the draft and try to go in like 10-year run of being really really good? Ainge has some interesting decisions to make.

I'd be on the phone with Indiana about Paul George.
Guy is clearly on the way out which means a total rebuild for the Pacers. They need picks, Boston needs another superstar, both sides win if he is onboard to sign long term.

I agree with all this. Boston is now an ECF type team. How do they get over the hump? Signing someone else to go with IT, Horford, and Bradley is key. I think they need a top PF or swingman. They need scoring from someone else.
