Yes. It's a common misstating of an Australian study which measured the contribution of chemotherapy to a cure. Not chemotherapy's success rate. The average cancer cure rate is around 60%. So, the 2% is obviously either very poorly worded or purposefully misworded for the purposes of propaganda.
