Her lawyer better explain to her, that the familys lawyer will go over her and her families dealings and accounts with a fine toothed comb.
And anything they find, could be used against her for criminal investigations.

Yeah, I think I'd just drop this if I were her. I don't think the discovery phase is gonna work too well in her favor.
