Well, maybe two conflict of interest prohibitions will stop it from happening next time.

I wonder if they ever heard back from the employees on if THEY had any conflicts of interest. You know, as stated by the letter sent by the board member when asked how they would know that no one else had conflicts of interest.

You know, the same board member who wasn't eligible to be a board member since November of last year, but had remained one up til then.
