considering the proximity to the WW2 museum, not a bad idea....but if you really want to get NOLA, put Lightning Joe Collins up there, someone local (he was from Algiers and went to Warren Easton)

Absolutely not.
Robert E Lee will be swapped with Harry Lee and it will remain Lee Circle.
As we all know, Lee was a Chinaman so all the self-righteous hippie cocksuckers will be appeased.
