I've played it twice now, it's in great shape fairway and green wise, holds it's own against any course public/private around in that aspect, but it isn't a place that is gonna host a tour event anytime soon. As long as TPC exist the tour isn't gonna leave a venue at a course it brands and operates.
Was the format a success? Yes, it will grow rapidly.
