Not exactly. The whole point of having earned vs unearned runs is to more accurately reflect how the pitcher "pitched." How the pitcher fielded is a separate measure and treated the same as how other fielders fielded. It makes perfect sense when you separate the measure of pitching from the measure of fielding.
