OP, I changed my spark plugs last week (Ecoboost) and my truck runs a lot better and smoother. Took me about and hour and a half in my driveway.

did you use the ford factory plugs on your ecoboost or did you go a different route for replacement?

I did this on my old ecoboost at 65K miles and it made a big difference. I went with aftermarket plugs because I heard the OEM plugs are junk.
