Quick take is that:
1. All “economic agents”(stores etc) must accept bitcoin.
2. Taxes can be paid in bitcoin
3. State will make best efforts to facilitate bitcoin transactions and educate on same.

it's kinda surreal listening to the presidents brother on Twitter spaces talk about what they plan to do with bitcoin
