arent they doing full-body open surgery on the ecosystem and totally changing everything?

Theta? That's the only project I have been able to find that has leaders from big name companies, co founders of YouTube and twitch
Nvm, they are just advisers.

One must do one's own research with an open mind and look beyond the headlines.

You do realize that pretty much all of these crypto coins are works in progress right?
The #2 market cap project doesn't even have a release date for a change of consensus mechanism to their entire network. Nobody seems too worried about that.
Same with Cardano, LINK and probably many more that are continually making changes to their protocols to fix problems as they arise--hence forks and updates.
As for IOTA I just like to remind folks occasionally that it is undervalued and overlooked in an insane, overvalued market. I'm not the type to do the convincing of why but I'd attempt to answer any serious questions that doesn't require too much typing.

I'm ready for this consolidation to be over and our next let up to $65k start. This sideways stuff is boring

GBTC (Grayscale Bitcoin Trust) is now at an approx. negative 6% premium to BTC.
Does this just mean it's a great time to buy GBTC (cheaper than buying BTC directly) and hope that the GBTC premium eventually turns back positive? Or should this be worrisome since the premium has gradually gone more negative over the past week?
Seems like a positive to me, but wanted to see what others think.

Eh, I couldn't explain what separates Ada from the pack of other supposed "ETH killers". I doubt most of those that bought into it could either. Could you?
My point is only that most of the projects are still "under construction" and sort of adapting and revising code as they go.
Didn't LINK recently announce some new update that deals with scalability?

The entire market is speculative. One would be hard pressed to name a platform that's proven itself at scale. I'm interested in the ones that have either best conceptualized a DLT solution or that are committed to changing whatever needs to be changed to arrive at the solution.
Anyone who thinks their pet project has planted any flags on the moon is delusional. Nobody has cracked it yet.
