You'll have a hard time losing weight if you can't cook for yourself.

Cut the sugar and grains and if it comes in a box or a bag it's not good for you.

Good protein and lots of veggies. Control your portions and exercise. There is no magic pill or diet.

Stick with it. I lost 70 lbs 8 years ago and have kept it off. Its a marathon, not a sprint.


Eat high volume food that keeps you full longer

eat more fiber, non starchy carbs, and up your protein.

start small. Lift if your healthy enough to. Weights and cardio is much better than cardio only.

I love to read and learn more about nutrition and fitness.
