California unions are tough.
They are the ones that stepped during Ebola. When the hospital was throwing that nurse under the bus, they stepped in to illustrate what REAL Ebola training and equipment looks like and what that girl had.
Best thing about California nursing is there are State Regs on nurse staffing and patient ratios for hospitals. You'll never see that in Louisiana.
