Would you expect the bank to give you a $100,000.00 loan without any money in the bank? That's what your asking the insurance companies to do when you have never paid a premium and all of a sudden you need them to cover you because you got sick. I have been paying for health insurance for 30 years and have never had a major incident. Why should a person who has had the same opportunity to pay in be afforded the same care?
