The Saints would actually be pretty good. This system would never work, but hypothetically if it was in place teams like the Broncos, Cardinals, Seahawks, Chiefs, Colts, Patriots, Vikings, and others would be historically terrible because they don't play very good college football in those areas.

Hmmm, I'm a top recruit, I want to play pro ball. Do I take LSU (Saints), Georgia (Falcons), or Boston College (Patriots) scholarship... think I'm signing with BC.
