So with this logic, they should have sanctuary cities for people with warrants out for their arrest. People with warrants aren't going to come forward and help the police as witnesses or cooperate in invastigations.
Do you see a difference between them?
Is it because you don't see the alien as breaking the law but the man with the arrest warrant as having broken the law?
