I've officially heard it all on Lebron with this take. Lebron averaged 39/8/8 in that series

The owner of the team he played for said he quit. You're a lebron fanboy so nothing he does wrong can be put in front of you for you to admit he did something wrong.

LeBron left the team that drafted him and had behind closed door conversations to create a "super" team.
Quite literally has no bearing on how good of a player he is.

It does when you are deciding if someone is the GOAT, and I am saying he isn't because he created a team to win, as opposed to taking the team he was on and winning.

Will you say he didn't quit against the Celtics in 2010 too?

The one that was bitter he left and wrote that letter we mocked?

It's irrelevant, all that matters is his play on the court imo.

To me Buckeye06 all that jargon is just semantics.

As a pure basketball player, who is better?

The only thing keeping me from saying Lebron isn't the best ever is his sorry outside shooting and free-throw percentage. He has limits and teams have taken advantage (notoriety of San Antonio series a few times and Mavericks). Jordan had no limits offensively. He was an offensive wizard. His athleticism and fundamentals off the charts and one of the best post-up players of all-time.

If Lebron had better outside percentage and free-throw he would be best ever.

Well he also said Cleveland would win a title before Lebron did.
