The false narrative here is the idea that the rich are taking from taxpayers.

Why is it a false narrative?

Because the Rich are the ones who are paying the taxes.

85% of ALL Federal Income taxes are paid by the Upper 15% of wage earners.
Those who make 250k and above pay 51% of all income taxes paid
The "evil" 1%ers pay over 45% of all taxes paid.
This is the true fact of our tax code.

When the media and the left(same demographic) tells you that taxpayers are bailing out the rich, blah blah blah... Like when the wall street bailouts happened at "taxpayer expence"
What they didn't tell you is the evil 1%ers just bailed out themselves.

And those figures just refer to income tax. The rich also pay the most sales tax, property tax, and business taxes.

The bottom 20% of earners pay zero tax and actually get more money back when they file than they put in to the system.

The bottom 45% of wage earners also pay zero tax after they file.
