What issues have you had with Falcon custome service? I'm in the midst of dealing with them now.

I agree. I've owned two falcon rods and both broke. Customer service was awful. My buddy had one falcon that broke and academy replaced it. The next one broke. Neither on of us have ever broken another rod.

Bought a Falcon Coastal Series where the cork was chipping off after 3 months, Academy swapped it right out for me. Can't speak for Falcon, but Academy is great.
