Narcisse needs to get ready … and that right soon

Well, we’re back to same place but Narcisse is probably the best looking prospect LSU has had in a while, i hope. Either way, Narcisse needs to get equal reps until September. Etling is OK, but if LSU intends to make some noice this year, gonna need Narcisse to step up.

I like Etling, but a good defense shuts him down.

Narcisse is easily the most talented QB LSU has signed since Perilloux.

Myles Brennan needs weights and buffet ....weights and buffet repeat....

No offense to Brennan - I know he's got skills - but man Narcisse just looks the part. Dude is a monster with a cannon for an arm and by all accounts has been looking great in practices -- he said he planned on battling for the starting position and he's making his case

Narcisse is the exact same mold as Jordan Jefferson and Brandon Harris coming out of high school... just left handed

Myles Brennan won't see the field this season until he has a 40 pound weight gain. Drink plenty of milkshakes Brennan. Kid would get killed in the brutal SEC. 2018 is what he should be gunning for.

Except he has Matt Canada coaching him and not Cam Cameron -- BIG difference

I like Etling, but if LSU is ever going to compete for the West, the play of the QB has got to get much better. Narcisse has the pedigree, the other qb’s on the roster couldn’t get in a claiming race.

The big knock on Narcisse is his knees. He hasn't had any problems so far, but we'll see how he does as the summer progresses. If he stays healthy, look out

Guys let's be honest. Our starting quarterback has some toughness but he is very limited and cannot make all the throws. Any news to the contrary is Fake News.
With LSU's talent, and stellar defense, they will be in the mix but we wont beat Alabama and Florida on the road unless Danny improves.
New system, young receivers, limited qb, great running back?

Big arm, big bodied, and mobile. All 3 came from spread offenses in high school and all three were noted to have poor decision making at the elite 11 completion.
I'm shocked that some of you continue to think coaching will make up for poor recruiting. Bottom line is recruiting missed on Jefferson and Harris. Given that Narcisse was recruited, and committed, under Miles, what makes him different than them? The answer is absolutely nothing. I may be wrong, but all signs point to the same type of player that we've all gotten excited about only to have them shite the bed in games.

The big knock on Narcisse is that he has essentially no game experience the past two years. That's hard to simulate in practice.
That being said, I'm in favor of giving him a hard look at starting. We need w dynamic player to beat Alabama. Etling would have to have a perfect game for us to beat bama.

Gee, I thought the best LSU QB was the second-stringer. Now, it's already down to the fourth. A guy who has had fifteen practices is now anointed the starter.
Here's a clue. If the coaches thought he was the best option, HE WOULDN"T BE FOURTH STRING!
