I bought a Texas Pit Crafters PM75 in January. It's an upgrade from my old New Braunsfels Smoker. The old pit was god awful heavy to move around. This puppy rolls around effortlessly and is the best I've ever cooked on.
It holds heat a long time, has an easy clean ash pan, and lots of grill space. The charcoal grate adjusts by turning a handle from a high position for searing, to a low position for slow cooking.
You can order direct from the factory, but there is a local dealer (Goodwood) in Baton Rouge.
