right. they have two top 10 talents in the league in the frontcourt. everything needs to be about maximizing that pairing on both ends. find guys who understand it's the Davis/Boogie show and are willing/able to fit in around their games.
the talk of Bledsoe/Dragic has never made much sense to me in reality for that reason. those guys are great when they are the fulcrums of an offense. that just isnt the case in NO.
if being unwilling/unable to leverage that duo means Gentry has to go, so be it. they've got 12 months to make a lasting impression on Cousins.

I get why you say that, but there were multiple games where AD/DC dropped 50+ and they still lost. It just often felt like they needed a 3rd scorer. I have no problem with adding Rubio/Lin whether Holiday stays or goes, but Jordan Crawford can't be your best scoring guard. Post ASB he was, averaging 14.1 in 23 MPG compared to Holiday's 13.8 in 33 MPG.
