O'Reilly's problem was that he was an idiot who didn't just harass women, he harassed them in a way that left a paper trail and other evidence. Remember that first big harassment suit went down because he left messages on his victim's voice mail being a creepy perv and jerking it.

Women can be just as perverted as men, ever consider the possibility the woman encouraged it and was a willing party right up to the point she could see a big payday in her future?
