after this race is over they need to make a state law saying that you must live in the district to represent it

Can't add additional state requirements for federal offices.

The US Constitution says a US Rep must live in the STATE of his district not in his district. In Metro ATL very few care about this.
Ossoff exceeded expectations since polls had him at anywhere from 38% to 45%. And that's with millions of dollars of out-of-GA $$$ spent attacking him every hour on ATL TV and radio.
Karen Handle is very well known, but that is not
necessarily a good thing among Repubs. She is very controversial and has been ethically-challenged in her political past. She is a great example of "good-ole-boy" crooked Georgia politics. It is unlikely she will be enthusiastically supported by her closest Repub contenders. She simply is not well-liked.
