No. He would get a whole new contract. RFA tender is only for Patriots.
What if he got traded to Saints without a new contract?

In the National Football League, a restricted free agent (RFA) is one with three accrued seasons (six or more regular season games with a team)[1] of service, who has received a "qualifying" offer (a salary level predetermined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the league and its players, known as a "tender") from his current club.

quickly looked up the exact definition of RFA. that tender and its terms are only for the Patriots. theres no way for it to transfer to a new team.

Technically he is being traded on his tender contract.

Now they definitely will agree in principal on a long term deal before he gets traded, but he cannot sign it until after he is traded.

That is unless the Pats do the extension before he gets traded but that is SUPER rare for it to happen like that.
