I'd like some trigger work done on my pistol, but I can't find anyone close that I trust. The reputable people online coast $365, and that's before shipping...which is $100. Throw in sight work and we're ~$700. frick it, I'll just keep dry firing it.

Just buy the trigger kit. There's no reason to have a bunch of trigger work done on a modern striker-fired gun since most of them can be improved significantly with a trigger kit.
If you live near BR I'll do the trigger kit and sight change for you for much less than $700. I'll do it for a reasonable $500!
