Maybe he was a bad outfielder then because that guy threw like crap to home. I'm not sure if you're talking about the same guy.
We complained for 3 years about the entire weak arms we had then.

I do remember Laird Jordan and Stevenson struggling with throws but don't remember Fraley being bad. Not saying I remember every throw he made, maybe he was inaccurate but his freshman year announcers constantly talked about him being timed at 91 mph throwing a ball from the outfield.
