About as likely as getting struck by lightning while sitting on the toilet.
Although I will say that throughout my 40s I have watched one friend or acquaintence after another diagnosed with cancer. As far as I know no Dr has made a connection between these diagnoses and all that homemade dope from bygone days but it's certainly crossed my mind.
