I'm curious to know what Plan B for next season is. It sounds like both were close enough to gone that no Cousins trade would mean they're out. So if the seat is that hot is interim GM/HC Ferry/Erman the plan after 25 games and failure, or would they try to hire someone like JVG mid-season? Soon after the trade there was some league sourced info that the team may be interested in a dual GM/HC if they fired Demps/Gentry, but it seemed more like speculation than rumor, and probably speculation with Cal in mind, not JVG.

I think that if they perform poorly again and fire Gentry mid-season, that they will make a play for Cal if they think they are at risk of Cousins walking otherwise.
