Rebel there are some beautiful places in that area. My Gf lived in Tampa 10 years so I have made alot of friends down there and learned alot about the area. The Clearwater/St.Pete area is awesome too. I might end up with another house down there in the future. My company used to have a brewery down there but they sold it off years ago.

i have a "villa" in the Venice Beach GCC. i rent to old sweet couple from Toronto half the year.
i figure it will eventually be my retirement place. Venice is pretty cool for old people. easy to get to a lot of places but far away from the riff-raff.
