I had this issue too. Last time it happened was about a month ago where I simply couldn't log in. Had to call, which took forever to even find a number to call, and have them reset it for me. They said it was a problem going around at that time.

I dropped Vue right after that and went back to Sling.
One thing I've noticed, and I thought it was just me at first but I've had others notice it as well, the picture quality on my Androidtv, is better with sling than with vue without a doubt. Only thing that sucks is that i have to go and clear cache and force stop Sling all the time b/c sometimes it won't open up. Only have that issue on the Android tv, not the firetv's or Roku's i have.
