You just can't put certain people in charge of large budgets and not constantly look over their shoulder to make sure they aren't stealing or taking advantage in some way. They can't help themselves

Don't they have a PROFESSOR OF LAW on their board of directors ? WTH is going on with these clowns ?
That bunch HAS to be dis-banded and replaced with NON-POLITICAL,HONEST,CONSCIENTIOUS citizens !
