I like his book and a lot of his shows. This latest season was straight up grandstanding. This Houston episode was an hour long "see this is why you shouldn't vote trump"

I am not even a trump guy but I have no ideology why guys like bill Simmons and Bourdain spent so much time beating a dead horse.

No Reservations was great.

Medium Raw was pretentious food snobbery at its finest, while doing his best to impersonate Hemingway.

Last season was really rough, especially his claptrap about Brexit and Mussolini. It was so heavy handed, arrogant, and patronizing. He needs to back away from some of his political bias. It's ok in small doses, but at this point, it's just making him look like a bigoted jackass.
