Our company has delta dental. It costs employees about $40/month for entire family. You get 2 cleanings and xrays per year each person and supposedly discounted dental work but we've never used that.
I have no idea about private/individual plans.

Every plan I've looked at isn't worth it. $450 for two cleanings a year? No thanks. Even my old dentist office said many plans were bad off.
