Explain frame to me

Tough to explain but basically it's that in which how things are perceived

If a random stranger passed by and saw you and another person interacting, the one with the stronger frame would be perceived as the one who has his shite together more, the more stable and solid one, the one with the upper hand

A man with a strong frame is confident in himself and his actions, emotionally stable and not influenced by his or others emotions, has control of the situation he is in, "owns" his space, appears calm and relaxed and in control

A man with a weak frame is unsure of himself, not confident in his actions, weak emotionally, too influenced by emotions, not in control of himself or the situation

Hence why a man with a weak frame will shut himself down when a woman throws up her bitch shield or shite tests him, because he isn't confident in himself and is unsure of his actions. A man with a strong frame doesn't balk at a bitch shield because he is confident enough in himself and his decision to talk to the girl and he isn't going to be influenced by a minor obstacle like the bitch shield

I guess I have a strong frame then

I tend to date girls that are typically called intimidating. In fact, I'm talking to one right now. Really smart, good looking ones have been coming after my dumb arse over the past couple of years. Maybe that's because I hold frame so well

Eta: Try talking to girls like a normal person and see how that works out for you. It does for most guys
