We will be doing a statistical analysis on the best Brewpub in Portland. We will be following a precise and we'll thought out protocol and evaluation that will include beer sampling, menu analysis, staff attentiveness, and overall appearance and cleanliness, including a 7 point restroom inspection. We're bringing Rouge along to inspect the ladies room in the unlikely event that we find a brewpub that still has gender specific restrooms.

In the end, we'll probably throw out the statistics and rate them on how much frickin' fun we have at each place...
